What isn’t shown in this video is the adding of: soy milk (I prefer soy or almond milk), pepper, and salt. You also want to be sure you cover each ball evenly with breadcrumbs. I used gluten free bread crumbs, but any type will work just fine.
Finish these off with a horseradish sauce for dipping and you’re good to go. These came out great! Enjoy!
